Senior Principal Product Manager – Client Foundations Core Capabilities (all genders)

Role: As a Senior Principal Product Manager in Client Foundations, you will drive the development of the technology platform that powers the customer experience. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design partners to build core capabilities and shared tools that enable the creation of coherent, inspiring user journeys through state-of-the-art UI frameworks and visual modules. Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and deployment of technical products at scale, including platform-capability products for internal and external partners. - Define and execute a strong product strategy for client platform products, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment. - Translate customer needs and insights into products, distinguishing between stated user desires and actual needs. - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams to act as a force multiplier for teams building on the platform. Qualifications: - Significant experience planning and deploying technical products at scale. - Strong track record of envisioning and building successful platform products. - Experience delivering high-quality, cross-platform client-facing applications (Web and Mobile). - Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments working with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science. - Preferred: Experience building internal UI tools for developers, designers, and product teams.
