The Hamburg Motorcycle Days is an annual event that attracts around 70.000 visitors per year and features attractions ranging from dirt bikes and ATVs to motorcycle clothing and helmets. To that list, the Hamburg Tattoo Convention adds one of the most ubiquitous fashion statements of the motorcycle community: tattoos.

The best part is that the two related events share a location and an entrance price, so motorcycle superfans can indulge their curiosity in tattoos and vice versa, at no extra cost. 

Presentations, contests and food at the Hamburg Tattoo Convention

With a capacity for over 200 exhibitors, the Hamburg Tattoo Convention will showcase the incredible skill and diversity of some of today's finest tattoo artists. Their skill with a needle will be demonstrated not just on the human body but also on less traditional and more disposable surfaces such as canvas. There will also be walls covered with more conventional art such as paintings, sculptures and street art which can be purchased to decorate your home. 

Visitors wishing to get a tattoo at the convention can do so by making an appointment with their studio of choice at the convention. 

For those looking for even more drama, there will be tattoo contests on each of the three days in multiple categories, with the top three favourites in each category walking away with a trophy. And of course, those who grow tired of the constant exposure to needles and ink can always dart over to the various stations selling food, or even to the Hamburg Motorcycle Days for a bit of variety.
