Are you ready for outdoor morning mindfulness sessions in urban nature? Don't miss out on these social-distance-friendly meditation sessions, held on Friday mornings throughout the month of July in different parks in Berlin.

Outdoor meditation in English

Meditation outdoors in the fresh air adds something special to your mindfulness experience. Listen to the birds singing and the trees swaying in the breeze, and feel the fresh air on your bare feet and the sunlight on your face. Let's hope for good weather!

They're even in English! This is good news for internationals working or studying in Berlin.

Practical information about the meditation

  • The sessions begin at 9.15 am, so make sure you arrive a few minutes before.
  • Bring something to sit or lie down on - a blanket or a yoga mat.
  • Bring your own cup because there will be tea provided for everyone.
  • Pay a donation of 8 - 10 euros or whatever you feel is right.
  • You can come by and join the class spontaneously, though registration is encouraged.
