Window
- Continuous communication with the store, area manager, and area team
- Communication with the product and logistics departments
- Using our guidelines, you ensure that our window displays are revamped for each season and collection launch
- Make regular updates during the season to showcase the latest trends
- Inspect facades and logos to ensure they are always in good condition
Instore
- Participate in designing and setting up the store layout
- Ensure standards and Stradivarius’ brand image are consistently maintained
- Communicate with store management to provide regular feedback
- Recognize current trends in our products and bring them to life through stylish outfit combinations on mannequins within the store
- Design and decorate the window displays
- Use performance analysis of your products to balance between trends and commercial appeal
Training
- Plan and conduct training sessions for optimal store layout and window display setup in collaboration with the area team
- Share knowledge and information with the product department and your team
- Coordinate weekly route planning together with the area manager

- Several years of professional experience in retail and/or visual merchandising
- Trend awareness and fashion knowledge come naturally to you! You’re up-to-date with the latest trends and can creatively incorporate them in line with the company’s style
- In addition to a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and teamwork, you bring excellent communication skills, as you work hand in hand with in-store visuals, commercials, and managers to coordinate and inform them of current plans
