  • Responsible for the technical aspect of customer proposals

  • Detailed technical analysis and evaluation of BTM solutions for Solar PV/Wind/EV/Battery installations

  • Close collaboration with sales and commercial teams to design an optimal overall system

  • Development of technical solutions for the customer, based on the clients technology (and supported where necessary by the clients technology team) and the specific site conditions at the customer's location (e.g., grid connection, low-voltage distribution, connection point, space constraints, etc.)

  • Creation of technical concepts (e.g., single-line diagrams, integration into the local grid, fire suppression system, etc.) and presentation to the customer

  • Communication and collaboration with the EPC partner during the installation phase

  • Technical documentation of the project and progress tracking, together with the project engineer

  • Regularly staying updated on technical developments and regulations in Behind the Meter energy systems

  • Providing insights and recommendations for the technical optimization of system design

  • Training with the technology team for new products

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and energy systems, ideally after completing a degree, complemented by knowledge and experience with renewable energy sources

  • Hands-on experience with on-site installations

  • Familiarity with German electrical regulations and construction codes for solar/battery projects

  • Precise and independent working style with excellent time management skills, and the ability to report progress to various stakeholders

  • A creative mindset combined with a sense of technological and sustainable innovation

  • High proficiency in written and spoken communication in both German and English, with a confident, proactive, respectful, and positive attitude

  • A strong willingness to grow as part of a team with ambitious company goals and to create a trusting environment that benefits all colleagues
