Strategic and operational management of the asset management team to optimize the technical and economic performance of our portfolio
Monitoring and controlling the operation of wind and solar parks, including collaboration with O&M service providers and grid operators
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize returns and minimize operating costs
Performance analysis of assets and implementation of efficiency improvement measures
Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements as well as ESG guidelines
Acting as an interface to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and authorities
Budgeting and financial controlling of the assets, as well as reporting to senior management
Identifying and implementing new technologies to improve asset performance
Degree in industrial engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector
In-depth technical and economic understanding of wind and solar projects
Experience working with O&M service providers, grid operators, and investors
Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
Proficient in relevant software and data analysis tools
Fluent in English
