Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

- Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with our vision of becoming a leading business bank.
- Recognise growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to enhance our products.
- Use fintech knowledge and industry insights to drive innovation and digital transformation, incorporating emerging technologies.
- Expand our product portfolio to include business banking services like deposits, lending, trade finance, and other solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Enhance and maintain core payment systems, including POS terminals, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value and an exceptional user experience for our merchant and business customers.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, ensuring product and service compliance.
- Build and lead a top-performing product team, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in fintech, product management, and business banking.
- Strong understanding of core payment systems, financial technologies, and digital banking platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of lending products and services, including consumer and small business lending, credit scoring models, and risk assessment.
- Proven track record of scaling products, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Experienced leading multiple squads.
