What you´ll build
Make a real impact on how the next generation discovers, learns, and builds careers with SAP technology. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B and education marketing within a global tech company, working closely with an international team. You will build a strong portfolio of marketing and event assets (social media creatives, videos, event branding, merchandise, slide decks) and get exposure to SAP brand guidelines, processes, and tools through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a committed and passionate working student or intern to support the Academic Partnerships Marketing and Communications team with the following tasks:
- Create visually engaging assets for marketing campaigns (e.g. posters, slide decks, social media visuals, roll-up banners)
- Produce short, compelling video content for social media, including student/educator voices
- Support the planning and execution of academic flagship events, including the SAP Academic Community Conferences
- Contribute to paid and organic social media campaigns by developing creative assets aligned with our brand
- Maintain and coordinate merchandise inventory and support the design/selection of new branded items
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints
- Support day-to-day marketing and communication activities to help empower the next generation of learners with SAP skills
What you bring
- Enrolled student (w/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Fields of study: Visual Communication, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Video Design, Marketing, Communication, or related
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or comparable design/video tools
- Strong sense for visual communication and creativity, with a passion for engaging digital and print content
- Confident use of MS Office, MS Teams and Canva and other relevant tools
- Fluent English and German
- Team-oriented, proactive, and structured working style

Application Requirements
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
