What you´ll build
As part of the CVG Communications Team in Walldorf, the role entails the following:
- Research & Content Support: Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and background information and prepare concise summaries and inputs for presentations, briefings, or communication materials.
- LinkedIn Preparation: Research topics and best practices for LinkedIn, prepare draft post ideas, key messages, and content suggestions.
- Presentation & Content Preparation: Support the creation and refinement of presentations, talking points, and basic communication assets.
- Team & Administrative Support: Assist with team-related tasks such as meeting preparation, documentation of outcomes, follow-ups, and general organizational support.
- Event & Onsite Support (as needed): Support the team during events and onsite activities.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and concisely
- Interest in corporate communications and social media, especially LinkedIn
- Hands-on and supportive mindset, comfortable with assisting others and contributing behind the scenes
- Openness to working with international stakeholders across different time zones
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new topics, tools, and processes in a dynamic environment
- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
- Basic graphical skills (e.g. Adobe tools) are a plus, but not a must
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
