What you´ll build

As part of the CVG Communications Team in Walldorf, the role entails the following:

  • Research & Content Support: Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and background information and prepare concise summaries and inputs for presentations, briefings, or communication materials.
  • LinkedIn Preparation: Research topics and best practices for LinkedIn, prepare draft post ideas, key messages, and content suggestions.
  • Presentation & Content Preparation: Support the creation and refinement of presentations, talking points, and basic communication assets.
  • Team & Administrative Support: Assist with team-related tasks such as meeting preparation, documentation of outcomes, follow-ups, and general organizational support.
  • Event & Onsite Support (as needed): Support the team during events and onsite activities.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related discipline
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and concisely
  • Interest in corporate communications and social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Hands-on and supportive mindset, comfortable with assisting others and contributing behind the scenes
  • Openness to working with international stakeholders across different time zones
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new topics, tools, and processes in a dynamic environment
  • Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Basic graphical skills (e.g. Adobe tools) are a plus, but not a must
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
