The fully equipped and new built in kitchen has modern appliances including an induction stove, a dish washer, a washer/dryer combination, a "SMEG" fridge as well as a wonderful bistro table and chairs to start your day with a great breakfast and coffee. The small but charming bathroom has a shower. Step out the balcony and enjoy lovely views to one of the most authentic and quiet streets in Friedrichshain.Please note, that from 01.04.24 for bookings less than 6 months a City Tax of 5% of the rent for the first 21 nights of your stay is due in addition to the rent also for business travelers.
