English: After your work is done, relax in our 2-room apartment in Dresden-Gohlis. The non-smoking unit is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a single bed and a living room with a large sofa bed (for one person). The new, open and fully equipped kitchen is integrated in the living room. The dining table offers space for all guests. TV is available. There is also free WiFi in the apartment. The modern bathroom has a shower. There is a parking space next to the house on the property.

Directly in front of the house is the bus stop with a direct connection to the center. The Dresden-Altstadt motorway junction is only 300 meters away.

We specifically point out that there is no elevator in the house and the apartment does not have a balcony. It is a non-smoking apartment.
German: Entspannen Sie nach getaner Arbeit in unserem 2-Zimmer-Apartment in Dresden-Gohlis. Die Nichtraucher-Einheit befindet sich im EG und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem Wohnzimmer mit großer Schlafcouch (für eine Person). Im Wohnzimmer ist die neue offene und voll ausgestattete Küche integriert. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für alle Gäste. TV ist vorhanden. Zudem gibt es kostenfreies WLAN in der Wohnung. Das moderne Bad verfügt über eine Dusche Neben dem Haus auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen Stellplatz.

Unmittelbar vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in das Zentrum. Nur 300 Meter weiter befindet sich die Autobahnanschlussstelle Dresden-Altstadt.

Wir weisen spezifisch daraufhin, dass sich im Haus kein Aufzug befindet und die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherapartment.
