The building is located directly opposite of the German Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse). Within 10 - 15 minutes of walking, you can reach a variety of shopping facilities including local super markets, local open air fresh vegetable markets, specialty international deli stores, drugstores and pharmacies, department stores and a large variety of restaurants and cafés, and also a number of service facilities such as banks, medical policlinics, hairdressers and beauty parlors.

Personal Safety:

Eschborn / Eschborn-Süd is a very secure town with low crime rates, and heavy police patrols at all times of the day. It is located right on the outskirts of Metropolitan Frankfurt, and it is surrounded by a beautiful greenbelt of fields and forests. Crime, except for the occasion theft, is very rare.


There are numerous well funded international billingual schools, kindergartens and nursery schools in Eschborn and vicinity. Eschborn has a very large population of people from every part of the world and caters to all their needs.

Educational and day care facilities are heavily subsidized by the city of Eschborn for registered residents of Eschborn, which is a major advantage compared to surrouding towns.

Public Transportation:

Public transportation is very good and reliable. S-Bahn (local commuter train) frequents Eschborn-Süd station every 15 minutes, and takes the passenger within 5 minutes to the international trade fair grounds (Messe), within 10 minutes to the Frankfurt main railway station, within 15 minutes to downtown shopping district in Frankfurt and within about 35 minutes to the international airport.

The front carriage of the train always is accompanied by a security officer during the dark hours for the safety of passengers, especially women and elderly.

Public Buses criss-cross the town of Eschborn and will take you to further a way shopping centers.

Taxi buses, equally expensive as public buses, but carry max 3 passengers are cheaper than taxis and take passengers to more destinations than busses.

Taxis are very reliable and usually come within 5 - 10 minutes of calling. It takes 10-15 mins by taxi to the main railway station, about about 15 minutes to the international airport.
