There is also a large storage room with a guest bed (see other photos) for visitors. The sofa in the living room has a sleeping function for two people. Bed linen, pillows and blankets are plentiful.
If a larger meal with many guests is planned, there are enough chairs, both tables can be pulled out and there is enough cutlery and crockery.
The apartment has a separate entrance that can be reached via the terrace. You can grill on the terrace.
Very chill with the neighbors and a very quiet location.

Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Abstellraum, in dem auch ein Gästebett steht (siehe andere Photos) für Besuch. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine Schlaffunktion für zwei Personen. Bettwäsche sowie Kissen und Decken sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Falls ein größeres Essen mit vielen Gästen geplant ist, gibt es genügend Stühle, beide Tische sind ausziehbar und Besteck und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, der über die Terrasse erreichbar ist. Man darf auf der Terrasse grillen.
Sehr chillig mit den Nachbarn und eine sehr ruhige Lage.
