The eat-in kitchen has a fridge, sink, coffee machine and oven as well as a seating area for up to 4 people. WLAN reception and satellite TV are of course available. A monthly cleaning is included. An extra cleaning is possible on request for a surcharge of 40 €. A washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge in the annex building. A washing machine in the same building works with the WeWash system (€2.50 per use). The rental of the apartment is limited to a maximum of 6 months.
