Description:
The fully furnished approx. 50 m² 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for a longer stay. It offers free WiFi and a flat screen TV. The bedroom has a 200x200cm bed and the living room has a sofa bed (180x200cm). There is also a spacious kitchen with a dining area. Kitchens are equipped with a two-plate stove (no oven) and a microwave (with grill/baking function). From the living room you can reach the balcony.There are also washer-dryers (free of charge) in the tenants' shared laundry room in the basement, but not in the apartment. There is a weekly cleaning service - this includes changing towels and bed linen. Depending on availability, you can also use a parking space.Dogs & cats are welcome with us. We charge €100 per booking for this.!!! Note: We provide you with a TV that you can use via a Wifi connection. However, if you register your stay you will have to pay a TV license fee in Germany, which you will be billed for every few months, which you must pay.
