Summerjam Festival
Get ready for one of the biggest reggae, dancehall and hip hop festivals in all of Europe, as Summerjam Festival returns for its 34th edition this summer. Bringing together the best international and national artists across several music genres, Summerjam has blasted out dance and reggae tunes across the fields surrounding Cologne’s serene Fühlinger lake every summer since 1986.

Everything you need to know about Summerjam
Taking place annually during the first weekend of July, more than 30.000 people from across Europe come together to enjoy a weekend filled with the best reggae vibes, dancehall sounds and hip hop beats by the Fühlinger lake.
Located to the north of Cologne, the festival is easily accessible via car and public transport - just keep in mind that drivers will need to buy a special parking ticket ahead of time. If you feel like you may get lost taking the tram or bus, then don’t worry - just follow the crowd of campers who will undoubtedly be heading in the same direction.

Summerjam’s 2019 programme highlights
2019 marks a special year in the festival’s calendar, as reggae was recently added to UNESCO’s “Intangible Cultural Heritage List” - a list of cultural institutions worth protecting and preserving.

Get your tickets to Summerjam 2019 now!
Tickets for Summerjam 2019 are available now via their website! Tickets to attend the full weekend, which includes camping from Thursday, July 4, can be purchased from 130 euros upwards, while single day tickets cost 65 euros and give you access on your day of choice.
